What conditions are required for the production of nylon cable ties

All multifunctional cable nylon cable ties are usually long, narrow, and thin. They come in various lengths, total widths and different compressive strengths. These standards must be used in the production process of nylon cable ties:

1. Shaping success is a complicated process

There is a custom forming machine that can take advantage of the lift pump and motor volume to increase injection pressure and injection speed. This helps to quickly fill the die for successful molding. Even so, with each injection and clamping, the impact on the elbow is greater and the same force is transmitted to the clamping module. If these parts are not prepared to digest and absorb the working pressure, they will quickly break down.

5. A lot of manufacturing

Similarly, injection molding must have unique facilities, as this processing technology is mainly used for mass production. Individual cable nylon ties are not worth the whole process on their own. Prepare the plastic in advance and press it into the mold core, and keep the kinetic energy required to clamp the mold shell very high.
